Our Rusty Timer Barn Lantern is a reproduction of an antique lamp that will lend rustic old world charm to your home decor any time of year. Made from distressed rusty tin, it has a strap metal handle and a glass chimney. It holds a wax-dipped, textured timer taper that requires 3 AA batteries, which are not included. The taper stays on for 6 hours, then turns off for 18, relighting at the time it was set. The lantern is 10-1/2" x 5". In the Christmas Lantern picture we put the rusty lantern on a small aged riser and then added the Douglas Fir Garland with the rusty drop bells, a Red Bean Berry Ring. We just love the look!
