Here are some of the most frequently asked questions about KP Creek Gifts.

1. How are the shipping costs calculated?
KP Creek has new shipping options from Economy to Express in the 48 contiguous states. Click here for detailed information on all our shipping options.

2. What is your return policy? How do I return an item?
We guarantee your satisfaction! If you are not completely satisfied, for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days for exchange, credit or refund. To ensure that your return is processed accurately and promptly, please first call us at 800-391-1521. A customer service associate will provide you a Return Merchandise Authorization for you to write on the pre-printed address label at the bottom of the Returns form included with your boxed order.

Please note the following:

    All returns must be made with a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
    All returned items must be sent back to us using the original shipping boxes and packing materials.
    Sales of clearance items are final.
    There are no returns allowed on calendars or cookbooks.

3. Do you mail catalogs?
Yes we do! Please click here and fill out a short form to join our catalog mailing list as well as our email list. At this time, we mail catalogs to U.S., U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses only. For Canadian or overseas orders please call us at 800-391-1521.

4. Is there sales tax when I purchase online? Where can I find out more information about sales tax?
KP Creek Gifts collects tax in all states in accordance with applicable law. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order including fees such as shipping, where applicable. Sales tax charges are based on the shipment’s destination state. For more information, please click here.

5. Why do you need my e-mail address?
When you place an order with you will receive an email confirming your order, listing what was ordered, the shipping address, your payment method and a unique order ID. Your full credit card information is never sent in any correspondence from us. You will also receive a second email telling you when your order ships, which will include carrier tracking numbers. 6. What kind of  payments do you accept online?
KP Creek accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cards for online purchases.

7. What other payment options are available?
You can pay by personal check, money order or credit card when you fill out your order at home and mail it in. 8. How do your coupon promotions work?
You must create a KP Creek Account to use coupons. Once you have an account, you can simply enter the KP Creek coupon code in your shopping cart at checkout. Your cart will update with the promotion specific to your code. Offers are generally valid on regular priced, in-stock merchandise only; not valid on special orders or previous orders. Offers may not be combined with any other discount offer or mark-down pricing. Minimum purchase requirement excludes shipping and applicable taxes. One coupon per customer, one time use only. Offers are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or gift certificates. In the event that an item purchased using a dollar off coupon is returned, the discount value shall be forfeited on the refunded amount. 9. What kind of packing materials does KP Creek use?
We are committed to using eco-friendly packing solutions whenever possible. We use air-filled pillow bags that efficiently pack into boxed shipments and reduce the amount of packing material needed for each order.

10. Do you offer gift certificates?
We offer KP Gift Certificates that are available for purchase on-line or via mail. These certificates are redeemable on-line for merchandise and are available in any amount. Click here to shop our gift certificates.

11. Can I change my order after I submit it?
Please review your order closely. Questions can be addressed by calling Customer Service at 800-391-1521 (M-F 8 am - 6 pm EST, Saturday 8 am to Noon). We will make every effort to change your order if it has not already been processed.

12. How do I know if  an item is in stock?
When you select an item on-line a temporarily out-of-stock message will show if  the product is unavailable. PLEASE NOTE: due to occasional special circumstances, some products with limited inventory may not be actually available at the time of your order because we have oversold the item. We regret this situation, rest assured you will not be billed for items not shipped.

13. The order/items I received are incorrect.
We apologize for any error made in the processing of your order and for any inconvenience it may have caused. Our hassel-free Return Policy makes it easy to correct your order, or get your money back.

 • If you received extra items that are not yours, please call us at 800-391-1521 with the information on the items that are not yours.
 • If you are missing items from your order, please call us for detailed information of what is missing so we can reorder it for you or reimburse you.
 • If you received someone else’s order completely, please call us for assistance with the order number from the order you did receive, as well as your order numer so we can track your merchandise.

14. What if my order has damage?
If you receive a package that has obviously been damaged, or find items within that have been damaged, please save the box and packing material, and give us a call at 800-391-1521, or email us at We will be happy to help resolve the problem.

15. I’m having trouble viewing the website. How can I fix this?
Occasionally, you might have issues with the website loading or get an error message "too many redirects." When this happens, we suggest that you clear the cookies on your internet browser. If possible, you also might want to try a different internet browser.
The steps can vary depending on the browser you use. Go to settings on your internet browser > advanced > privacy and security > clear browsing data > make sure that "cookies and other site data" is checked. Then clear.
