Shipping
We usually ship most orders within 24 to 48 hours. You should receive your order within 2 to 10 business days depending on your selection. However, it can take a little longer during peak holiday or rush seasons. We pride ourselves in quick and efficient service and strive to get each and every order out as quickly as possible. We ship UPS, FedEx, USPS and FedEx SmartPost. If you have a KP Creek account and have provided us with your email address, you will receive a tracking number with carrier information. Tracking information will not be provided when using guest checkout.

Express Shipping Information
Use Express Shipping to get an order faster. Orders must be placed by 12 noon EST Monday through Friday to leave our warehouse on the same day the order is placed. The Express shipping option is available on contiguous United States orders only and can NOT be shipped to PO boxes, you must include a street address. Items shipped are limited to supplies in stock at the time the order is placed. Orders placed after 12 noon EST with the Express shipping option will not ship until the next business day. Express orders will not be shipped on weekends, holidays or days when the kpcreek warehouse is closed.

KP Creek has new shipping options from Economy to Express in the 48 contiguous states.
Promotional free shipping is valid only in the 48 contiguous states.

Shipping days do not include processing days, weekends or holidays.

APO and FPO addresses must ship through the USPS so Economy shipping rates will apply.

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico - Published shipping rates apply. We will call you with final shipping rates.

Canada - Shipping Rate is based on weight. Any order less than 4 lbs will go out USPS First Class for $40. All other orders will go out USPS Priority for $55.

International destinations will be charged actual shipping. Please call (614-567-6616) or email in your order (customerservice@kpcreek.com) and we will respond with a total based on actual freight charges.
