We love the size of our delightful and plush little Waldo Penguin Doll, he's a real softy! He wears a red santa hat with a jingle bell at the top and "fur" at the brim. The tuxedo penguin has 3 rusty bells that decorate his belly and he wears a plaid scarf to stay toasty warm. He has black bead eyes and a felt beak.
