Returns:

We guarantee your satisfaction! If you are not completely satisfied, for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days for exchange, credit or refund. To ensure that your return is processed accurately and promptly, please first call us at 800-391-1521. A customer service associate will provide you a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

Please note the following:

   * If you need to return something please call us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RA#). A return authorization number is
      not required but having a RA# will speed up the processing of your return or exchange.
   * All returned items must be sent back to us using the original shipping boxes and packing materials.
   * Sales of clearance items are final.
   * There are no returns allowed on calendars or cookbooks.
   * Send returns via UPS, FedEx, or First Class mail. KP Creek Gifts is not responsible for lost returned packages.
   * Shipping and handling charges will not be applied for an even exchange of the same item. However, shipping 
    and handling charges will apply to exchanges for new items.
   *Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Also, your refund may be
    adjusted if a coupon was applied to your original order.

Refunds:
     Returns will be credited to your KP account. If you are requesting a refund please contact us.

Please include the returns form that came with your original shipment or list the following information on a separate piece of paper:
