Please be sure to call us or send an email informing us of the problem before you send the merchandise back. Also include a note with your invoice number, customer number, a phone number where you can be reached, and why you are returning the item. Let us know whether you would like a replacement or a refund (less any shipping costs). Books may not be returned.

Shipping Information

We usually ship most orders within 24 to 48 hours. You should receive your order within 5 to 8 business days. However, it can take a little longer during peak holiday or rush seasons. We pride ourselves in quick and efficient service and strive to get each and every order out as quickly as possible.
We ship FedEx Ground or USPS.

Express Shipping Information

A $12.95 Express Shipping fee added to your order will result in your order leaving our warehouse on the same business day the order is placed for 2-3 business day delivery. Orders must be placed by 12 noon EST Monday through Friday to leave our warehouse on the same day the order is placed. Express shipping can be added to contiguous United States orders only and can NOT be shipped to PO boxes, you must include a street address. Items shipped are limited to supplies in stock at the time the order is placed. Orders placed after 12 noon EST with a $12.95 express shipping will not ship until the next business day. Express orders will not be shipped on weekends, holidays or days when the kpcreek warehouse is closed.

Shipping Charges

All regular orders in the contiguous 48 states, APO and FPO addresses included will be charged the following prices for shipping:
$0 to $24.99 - $6.95
$25 to $49.99 - $8.95
$50 to $74.99 - $10.95
$75 to $99.99 - $12.95
$100 to $149.99 - $16.95
$150 to $299.99 - $18.95
$300 or more - 7% of order total

All orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and International destinations will be charged actual shipping. We will ship these orders via air mail.
